·         Time Warner has approached Ten Network Holdings with a $588MM acquisition offer, reports the Australian Financial Review

·         Evernote announced that it has raised $20MM in new capital from Nikkei, the Japanese media conglomerate that publishes the influential financial newspaper – Nikkei
