Startups:
·         Handy sweeps up $15MM to grow its home maintenance platform, and has hired a Tumblr VP as its new CTO
·         On-demand, taxi app developer Flywheel, which has been in an intense battle with Uber, Lyft, Sidecar and others in the LA market, said this week that it will offer $5, flat rate rides on its service in Los Angeles and San Diego until April 6th
·         Yuantiku, a Chinese online education product, raised $60MM in its Series D

Government:
·         Iran-allied Houthi militiamen pushed into the northeastern outskirts of the Yemeni port city of Aden on Monday amid heavy clashes with loyalists of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi apparently backed by Saudi-led air strikes
